MARIAH CAREY BIRTHDAY CONCERT IN JEOPARDY

                                   

Mariah Carey has been warned in the strongest of terms not to perform her scheduled concert in Brussels ... TMZ has learned.

Mariah's concert is set for Sunday, but we're told her security team is "strongly against" the show in the wake of the bombings.

The Federal ‎government has declared Friday, March 25th and Monday, March 28th as public holidays to mark Good Friday and Easter celebrations respectively. Minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Dambazau, made this known in a statement issued by the acting Permanent Secretary in the ministry, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido in Abuja today March 22nd.

Meek Mill is a week into his 90 day house arrest but his lawyers just filed an appeal to change his sentence, so he can work.

We're told Meek doesn't have a problem with the time ... it's the stipulation about not being able to rap or perform that's got him bent out of shape.
