A Court of Appeal has upheld the election of .A three-man panel of judges, on Friday struck out the appeal
of Mathew Okorie, candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), challenging
the judgment of the election petition tribunal, upholding Akpabio’s election.
A visibly elated Akpabio took to his Twitter handle to
announce the cheering news to his followers on Friday.
In reaction to the judgement, Akpabio said” My election has
just been upheld by the Court of Appeal. Thank you Nigerians”
